About BYK

Hi Lovelies ♡ 

Belancyk was founded by 26 year old ME at the time back in July 22, 2022.
I decided to open my boutique on that particular day because July is my Birth Month and My favorite number is 22.
It's the Year of 2022 that was a " Meant to be Moment " because I had only started thinking about opening up my shop just a few months earlier in February. It wasn't until April 13 where I finally got my LLC ! (Such a surreal moment)

The Name Belancyk came about 100 reasons but all meaningful..

FIRSTLY, back in 2018 I got my own car of the year with no co-signer !!
(This was a VERY BIG deal for me because I did NOT want a cosigner & I was so close to getting a used car because of it, being that I was young (22) until they ran my credit ! )

So I wanted to give my very first car a name (I know lol)

That's were my SECONDLY comes in.
Years ago when I was younger I would love the Myscene movies iykyk & Delancey was my FAVORITE Myscene!

But since my favorite letter is "B" I had to change it! So it went from Delancey to Belancy (took the second 'e' out)

THIRDLY, if you have watched The Vampire Diaries & know about the spin off with The Originals that is where the K comes in.... Niklaus was my favorite & they would call him Klaus for short !
So I named my car "Belancyk"

& that's Basically the first half of it!

When I was thinking of names for my Boutique I wanted it to be

Special | Me | Unique 

Although the name Belancyk for MY Car was not SO special I realized that it had the initials of the most important people in my life;

& that's when I knew that Belancyk was it!

Little side note My 2 sisters are my literal Best Friends & I wanted them to be a HUGE part of my Journey. That's why the initials are BYK ♡ ..
